About Me
For more than 30 years, Stephen has been helping individuals, corporations, and non-profits work toward their financial goals. He joined Stifel in 2010 and is just as passionate today as he was back in 1990 when he began his career, assisting his clients as they work to pursue and maintain the retirement they’ve always desired. He also coordinates with his clients’ tax, legal, and other trusted advisors to help maintain a well-rounded perspective of their wealth management picture.
Stephen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Dowling College and attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., which identifies those individuals who have met the experience requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination. About Me
Barbara’s more than 20-year career in the financial industry began with Morgan Stanley in Melville, New York, in 2001. Although having no prior experience coming into the industry, she learned quickly and obtained her Series 7 and 63 securities licenses within one year. After four years with Morgan Stanley, she worked for Smith Barney for five years and was laid off when Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney merged. She continued her career working temporarily for a local Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) until she began with Janney Montgomery Scott in 2010. She joined Stifel in 2014, where she has happily remained since.
Except for the first few months of her life, she has been a Long Islander and, along with her husband, Andrew, has raised three sons now in their thirties. She has two grandsons who live in
Rochester, New York, but unfortunately doesn’t get to see them as much as she’d like to.
In her spare time, Barbara likes to keep her mind sharp by doing crossword puzzles and other word games. She also has very strong ties to her church, where she plays guitar and is part of the worship team.
